To understand anything we need to have proper amount of fundamental knowledge. In a Solar System there are a lot of things that we should know before we go for advance. Like an example what is solar panel , charge controller, inverter etc.We should know how this all work, Let first know how many fundamental elements are there in a Solar System and know how the keyword and terms work.
Inverters :
- Inverter is a very important part of a Solar Electrification system.This is the main part of the AC system of a Solar Energy Technology.. Without this part one can't run any AC appliance through Solar Panel power.
- Lets go with the basic, first what is a Inverter exactly.., This is a DC/AC Converter by definition and work. An inverter make a pure sine wave to its output from a pure dc input, in this case is battery.. The Internal construction of an Inverter is made of a lot of power electronics , but I will not talk about that because it is not the topic....and you don't need it here...this is about the application not the construction.... But for matter of understanding let me give you a briefing, this inverter actually is made of power transistors (BJTs / MosFETs), which done the inversion of DC to AC signal, like an example if a 12V battery is a supply then inverter at first convert 12V DC to 12V AC and then the output goes to step up transformers which step up the signal to higher voltage like 230V and then to the protection unit. It works like the Diagram...

the output of a Inverter should be a pure sine wave which depicted in the picture...
There
are other Inverter which generate square wave, but those are not good
for appliances, check your Inverter catalogue for its output statistics.
It must have pure sine wave..
