Solar Cooking

Cooking is an important activity for all of us and daily we spend a lot of money to cook, but in this article I will not teach you how to save from grocery but  I will tech to you how to save money from the fuel side which actually cutting bill from gas or electricity.In solar side you can actually cook your food two ways i) Solar Concentration Technology ii) Solar Electric Technology .In this article I will tell you about solar electric technology.In this technology you need two things i)Solar Panel System ii) AC/DC Electrical device.There are two types of this system i) Entire DC system ii) Entire AC system.These systems are great for caravan lovers or somewhere gas is unavailable or if you want to save your precious money.This systems are one time investment which means you have invest onetime and next is free. 

Entire AC System : In this system you need following things :

• 1 Solar Panel (200W)(flat /folding but choose system that matches Battery,you can use multiple solar panels if you need more than 1 hour to cook)
• 1 Solar Battery (over 200Ah/12V, you can use multiple batteries if you need to cook more than one hour)
• 1 Battery Charger 12V (Manual Charging)
• 1 Inverter (3000W)
• AC Electrical devices(Could be any)

• This system can provide 1000Wh Solar Energy for AC Appliances and 2400Wh Battery Energy For Backup.
• You can run 0~1000W AC appliances  1 hour under 60% DOD at Battery and 2 hour for under 500W.
• This system can save 50% of your daily fuel cost for cooking or more.

Entire DC System : In this system you need following things :

• 1 Solar Panel (200W)(flat /folding but choose system that matches Battery,you can use multiple solar panels if you need more than 1 hour to cook)
• 1 Solar Battery (over 200Ah/12V, you can use multiple batteries if you need to cook more than one hour)
• 1 Battery Charger 12V (Manual Charging)
• No inverter 
• DC Electrical devices(Could be any)

Summery : 

• This system also can provide 1000Wh  Solar Energy for DC Appliances and 2400Wh Battery Energy For Backup.
• You can run 0~1000W AC appliances  1 hour under 60% DOD at Battery and 2 hour for under 500W.
• This system is much more efficient than AC as DC appliances are designed to use lower power,so it can cook longer than AC which means you can use this 1000Wh Solar Energy for longer 2 hours or more where AC system can run only 1 hour in short you can cook more staff.
• fuel Cost saving is more efficient
• Lower Cost Then AC system as no inverter ..
• Only DC appliances are applicable in this system(12V devices )
