Tools play a very important role in Engineering ,we cannot install anything right no matter how much knowledge we do have unless we perfectly learn to use right tools. In Engineering there are lot of tools, but tools don't have levels on it like "only Electrical engineers can use it" . Everyone uses different tools for their purposes. To accomplish a project perfectly you need to learn how to use your own tools...There are many tools in the market , just check which one is the best for your project.
Some Tools you need to have in electrical projects :
But before going for any electrical projects one should have protection :
Make sure you have these : 1) Head Gear 2) Hand globs 3) Dry Cloths 4) Dry (Boot/shoe ) 5) Protection glass..
Multi-meter : This is the basic tool for every kind of electrical project , if you don't have it you can't accomplish a great project. You can measure Voltage (AC/DC), Current (AC/DC), resistance (ohm), short circuit, capacitance, inductance etc.Very Important.
Video tutorial :
Clamp meter : This is a miracle device for engineers as the current measurement became so easy..The functionalities of this meter are alike a multi-meter, but it makes some testing very easy specially current measurement , you just have to use the trans-for jaw on the cable and you will get your readings...this meter also capable of measuring voltage, short circuit, resistance...
Video Tutorial
Tool box (Drill) : This is a very important box , make sure you have all kinds of tools in the tool box.Your tool box should contain , a Drill machine, and other Drilling equipment and wire cutters, tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches, cutting plus etc...
Video Tutorial :
Power Meter : May be you think why we need power meters if we have clamp meter or multi-meter, the answer is power meter is easier and safer way to measuring power in individual or combined electronic projects.
you will see this comparison when you do the experiment//
This device is excellent ,and it doesn't only show watt rating but also show voltage, kWh rating too. Great for sharp engineers.
Video Tutorial :
DC power Supply : In many case we need to test DC electrical equipment ,specially solar equipments, like LED lights, or DC appliances which is in the rage of 30V, or if you are electrical circuit developer then you have no other choice but buying it...
Video tutorial :
Soldering iron kit : Very Very Important kit for making circuits and soldering wires, if you don't have it buy today..

Now you have all kind of Tools & Devices Idea which are necessary to test or establish a electrical system..
Now let go for the Installation Process:
To test a Solar Panel you need
i) Solar Panel
ii) Multi-meter/Clamp Meter
iii) Sun light ( you can't test it in darkness 😌)
Process : First take your Solar Panel in the Sunlight ,Connect your Solar Panel to the multi-meter..
Connect your positive terminal of the solar panel to the positive (red) of the Multi-meter and connect your negative terminal to the common point (Black) of the Multi-meter then turn on the Multi-meter and put the nob into DC voltage mode...and observe the result of the solar panel voltage...
Next, Connect the positive terminal of the Solar Panel to Ampere measuring nob (Black 10A nod), and keep the negative terminal of the Solar Panel at the common point (Black com nod)....and put the multi-meter nob to the DC current rating... then measure the Solar Panel current...
Now check your result with the solar panel manufacturer given nominal voltage and current ratings are matched or not , if you find every thing correct then your panel is okay, if not then check for diode test or replace it.

In this tutorial we are going to learn how fix the damage diodes or adding new diodes in the solar panel junction box.
Equipment we need :
1) Diodes
2) Cremper
3) Connectors
4)Screw driver
Process : This process is simple , the connection should follow the below diagram,
In this tutorial we are going to learn how fix the damage diodes or adding new diodes in the solar panel junction box.
Equipment we need :
1) Diodes
2) Cremper
3) Connectors
4)Screw driver
Process : This process is simple , the connection should follow the below diagram,
At first open the junction box of your solar panel using screw driver, then take your cremper and a bypass diode (not the blocking diode, those are built in) and user a red connector for cremping with the wire, the positive terminal of bypass diode should connect to the positive of solar panel and negative terminal of the diodes should go to the negative of the solar panel. Do another solar panel using the same method..then series connect them.
you can solder the bypass diode but in my opinion that would be problematic for future maintenance. you should better go connectors.

This is as simple as it described, follow this link for detailed understanding..

Solar Panel Installation on Solar bracket DC/AC system (Training) :
Here Solar Panel Installation is a technical process but
before you need to go to read some theory, please visit http://edyeazul.blogspot.com/p/solar-household-system.html..
Make sure you test your Solar Panel before installation, and find
a place where no shade is available..
Equipment needs :
- Solar Panel (http://edyeazul.blogspot.com/2016/12/ploycrystaline-or-monocrystaline-solar.html)

Solar Panel Setup :
Process :
Process :
- First of all check your all your devices, solar panel , charge controller, battery using multi-meter.
- Connection of your solar system should be look like above diagram....................
- After testing all your devices go for the connection, first set up your solar panel on the solar bracket step by step( see picture), then connect your solar panel with the charge controller (see video). when you connect your solar panel with the charge controller it will give you indication, then connect your battery with the charge controller then you will find another LED indication from the charge controller.
- Make sure you put your battery and charge controller in a safe place where rain couldn't touch it but keep in a warm place because the battery work better with high efficiency in warm condition.
- Connect your Inverter with the battery for AC system.
- Connect every things with standard cables if you don't know how to choose a cable see this http://edyeazul.blogspot.com/p/solar-household-system.html.. read the cable part of it..
- To make a proper set up see the video tutorial given below very carefully, so you will have better confident.
- Use a multi-plug for the load section, so you can add multiple option from there.
- See the charge controller Led indication light and check everything is working properly , and battery is charging by the Solar Panel.
